We are currently running two surveys that are of great importance to the continuous improvement of our Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

AQTF Survey

The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is the national set of standards which assures nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia's Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. As such, our AQTF surveys play an integral part in our continuous improvement program, our delivery of training, Learning Management System (LMS) materials and facilities.

Employers who put their apprentices through our training programs were sent the AQTF survey recently and if you haven’t yet participated, we strongly encourage you to do so by clicking here.

In 2017-18, the MTA’s RTO reviewed all of its LMS resources based on feedback that was collected in our continuous improvement program. This resulted in the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) re-accrediting of our RTO for another seven years, the maximum period attainable. By telling us where we can improve, you will ensure that apprentices are trained to industry and ASQA’s standards.

Host Survey

The other important survey that we are running at the moment is for hosts of our GTO apprentices.

The Host Survey is a great opportunity for you to tell us in your own words what's working in our Training and Employment Services, what isn’t and where we need to improve going forward.

It can be the case that when someone completes their training or a qualification, real world experience is lacking when they first arrive in the workplace. Increasing our engagement with the automotive industry is designed to prevent this and all of our surveys are critical to understanding how our training is working for you and apprentices.
